- Enquiry data — model of interest, preferred dealer, preferred test ride date

- Route your enquiry to the nearest authorised Tunwal dealer
- Send transactional SMS/email confirmations and reminders
- Provide customer service, warranty and after-sales support

3. Who we share it with
We share your contact details only with the authorised Tunwal dealer assigned to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use the following service providers under strict data-processing agreements: Zoho (CRM), WhatsApp Business, MSG91 (SMS), Razorpay (payments), Google (Analytics + Maps).
4. Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for 24 months. Customer + vehicle data is retained for the warranty period plus 3 years after, for service support continuity.
