1. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape data at scale, or submit false enquiries.
2. Product information
We make every effort to keep product specifications, prices and offers accurate. Prices shown are ex-showroom and indicative. On-road price varies by state and depends on RTO charges, insurance, and any state-specific incentives or subsidies.
3. Test ride bookings
- Test rides are free and carry no purchase obligation.
- The customer must possess a valid driving licence (for high-speed models).
- The dealer reserves the right to refuse a test ride for safety reasons.
- Any damage caused during a test ride due to rider negligence is the rider's liability.
4. Dealer applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee dealership allotment. Final selection is at Tunwal's sole discretion based on territory availability, capital adequacy and suitability of the applicant.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, model names, logos, and product designs — is the property of Tunwal E-Motors Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
Tunwal's liability arising from any use of this website is limited to the amount paid by you to Tunwal for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
